Israel Mounts Lebanon Air Raid

SIDON, Lebanon — Israel today launched its second air raid in four days against south Lebanon, devastating a house used by Palestinian guerrillas and hitting an empty school for handicapped Palestinian children.
Police said two guerrillas loyal to Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat were slightly injured when four U.S.-built F-15s dropped implosion or vacuum bombs in and around a guerrilla base in the Darb es Sim area east of Sidon. Witnesses said projectiles devastated a two-story building used by Arafat’s fighters, while other bombs blasted a nearby vacant school for handicapped Palestinian children.
