Pittsburgh-based Allegheny International Inc. said it sold the London-based subsidiary to Swedish Match AG for $230 million to raise cash and reduce its foreign holdings. Wilkinson Sword Group Ltd., best known in the United States for shaving products, also makes matches and garden implements.
