Fullerton’s Kaneshiro Qualifies for NCAAs

Cheryl Kaneshiro of Cal State Fullerton qualified for the NCAA gymnastics championships by scoring 37.30 points in the all-around event at the NCAA Western Regional Saturday in Seattle.
Kaneshiro, a freshman, ranks eighth among the 12 individual gymnasts who will compete in the all-around event at the NCAA championships April 24-25 at Salt Lake City.
