U2, FRIENDSHIP & GOD

In this day of fallen electronic demigods, it was certainly refreshing to read Lori E. Pike’s warm, human story about U2 and friendship (“A Friendship Solid as a Rock,” April 12).

Her “born again” Christianity was mentioned as a natural part of her life, of who she is, and her faith didn’t seem to interfere with her love of music or people. Not all Christians are dour and judgmental and looking for handouts.
