Sunnyvale-based Byvideo Inc., a developer and marketer of interactive video systems, elected as directors Wilfred Schwartz and William R. Davidson.
Schwartz is chairman and founder of Los Angeles-based Federated Group, a retailer of home-electronics products. Davidson is co-founder and chairman of Management Horizons, a marketing and retail consulting and research firm in Columbus, Ohio.
