Mike Mirabelli, a former treasurer of the state of Nevada, has been appointed vice president and senior finance officer in Bank of America’s South San Francisco-based investment securities division.
Mirabelli, who served as Nevada’s treasurer from 1963 to 1978, joined the bank in 1979 as national sales manager for the corporate trust department.
