Bus Crash Kills 23; 19 Hurt

CARACAS, Venezuela — At least 23 people died and 19 others were severely injured when a bus plunged off a bridge in eastern Venezuela on Thursday and landed on its roof in a river 40 feet below, authorities reported Friday.
