Trammell Crow Buys Southland Industrial Sites

Trammell Crow Co. is involved in two new projects in Southern California, according to William F. Schrader Jr., partner for the firm’s industrial division in Orange County.
In a $20-million transaction with Kraft Inc. of Chicago, Crow purchased industrial property at 6301-63 Knott Ave. in Buena Park on which a 400,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility will be built.
Additionally, Crow purchased a 77,000-square-foot industrial warehouse, valued at $6 million, within the 108-acre Santa Fe Corporate Center in Anaheim.
