Management of Las Vegas’ Golden Nugget hotel/casino has agreed to end its contract with Frank Sinatra, who will begin performing for Bally-group casinos. “With the sale of our Atlantic City facility a few months ago, the Golden Nugget no longer had the Eastern location in which to present Mr. Sinatra’s artistry,” said Stephen A. Wynn, chairman of board for Golden Nugget. Bally bought the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City earlier this year. Golden Nugget officials said Sinatra would end his five-year association with the casino after making several performances over the Memorial Day weekend.
