Clarifies Merger

Several weeks ago, the real estate section carried an article about the Portland Cement Assn. being incorporated as Construction Technology Laboratories. I would like to clarify that statement.
Construction Technology Laboratories, known as CTL, is the research division of the PCA, and it is CTL which has been incorporated as a separate research, engineering and consulting firm. CTL has offices in Skokie, Ill., Seattle and Arcadia.
The Portland Cement Assn. continues as an educational, market development and engineering service organization with headquarters in Skokie, Ill. We have a field office in South Pasadena.
