AND WAIT, THERE’S MORE: Bo Diddley, accompanied by local funksters the Bonedaddys, will be on Fox TV’s “The Late Show” Friday night. But why settle for a video version of the real thing--the same Diddley/Daddys lineup will appear at the Music Machine the same night (with the James Harman Band). In fact--they’ll probably be on stage at the same time their segment airs--if so, Bo and the band plan to take a break and watch the proceedings before resuming the groove live. . . . Billy Vera (of Billy Vera & the Beaters fame) will be sitting in today as substitute host for Tim Hauser on his “Sunday Sings Jazz” show, which airs at 11 a.m. on KCRW-FM. . . .
