Marsh & McLennan has bought R. A. Boyar Inc.,a theatrical insurance brokerage firm. Robert A. Boyar, the principal of the firm, was named a senior vice president of Marsh & McLennan. Boyar and his staff will join Marsh & McLennan’s entertainment and leisure group in New York, which specializes in insurance in the fields of entertainment, leisure, fine arts, sports and special events.
