U.S. Soldier Dies While Training in Honduras

WASHINGTON — An Army private training in Honduras fell from a rope bridge into a river Friday and drowned, the Pentagon said Tuesday.
It identified him as Pfc. Craig A. Lee of New Haven, Conn.
Capt. Nancy LaLuntas, a Pentagon spokeswoman, said the accident occurred during a joint exercise involving U.S. and Honduran soldiers and artillery units.
