A barefoot bank robber held up the Security Pacific Bank in Oceanside and made off with about $1,000 Friday morning, authorities said.
FBI spokesman James Bolenbach said that the man, whom he described as very unkempt, approached a teller at about 9:45 a.m., told her that he had a gun and demanded money.
The teller did not see a weapon, but the robber raised his shirt as if he had a gun in his waistband, Oceanside Police Department spokesman Bob George said.
