Al Martinez should be syndicated nationwide instead of limited to the Valley Edition of the Times two days a week. What an underexposed talent he is! Besides, it’d save me the trouble of clipping his columns and mailing them to my dad, who gets a greatly diminished edition of the L.A. Times (i.e., sans “Elmer’s” column).
