Damon Allen Throws 2 Touchdown Passes

REGINA, Canada — Damon Allen threw a pair of first-quarter touchdown passes Friday night as the Edmonton Eskimos coasted to a 39-13 Canadian Football League victory over the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Allen, from Cal State Fullerton, connected on a 31-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Stephen Jones on the third play of the game and hit Rick House on a 25-yard scoring pass play nine minutes later.

Backup quarterback Tracy Ham, playing in his first CFL game, also threw a 10-yard touchdown toss to House in the fourth quarter and plunged one yard for a touchdown.
