Queen Goes to Canada

LONDON — Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip left London today for a 15-day visit to Canada, where she will open the Commonwealth heads of government meeting in Vancouver. Besides British Columbia, they are also scheduled to visit the provinces of Saskatchewan and Quebec.
