Police Say Parents Sent Boy, 10, to Steal

PITTSBURGH, Pa. — A man served as a lookout and his wife drove a getaway car as the couple sent their 10-year-old son to burglarize an audio store, police said.
Howard Bucahanon, 34, also known as Howard Kitman, and his wife, Stormy Bucahanon, 29, were being held Wednesday in the Allegheny County Jail on charges of burglary, criminal conspiracy and corruption of a minor. Stormy Bucahanon also is charged with receiving stolen property.
The boy’s brothers, ages 3 and 4, reportedly were panhandling in nearby taverns during the burglary, police said.
