IntelliCorp Inc., which develops and licenses software based on artificial intelligence technology, has announced a number of management changes. Thomas P. Kehler, chief executive, has vacated the office of chairman to become president of the firm. Edward A. Feigenbaum, a company director and a pioneer in the artificial intelligence field, will become chairman.
Ralph E. Kromer, former president and chief operating officer, has left the Mountain View-based company to pursue other interests.
Paul Krug has joined the company as vice president-finance and chief financial officer. Krug previously was vice president-finance and chief financial officer at RPC Industries, a manufacturer of electron beam equipment.
