Gurcharn Dang has been named president of Topaz Inc., a San Diego-based subsidiary of Square D Co., which is based in Palatine, Ill. Dang previously was vice president and general manager of Topaz. Topaz manufactures uninterruptible power systems and power conditioning equipment.
