Shirer, “The Ecstasy Business” by Richard Condon, “Shane” by Jack Schaefer, “The Illustrated Man” by Ray Bradbury and “The Green Hills of Earth” by Robert Heinlein. Each book is read by one of the Books on Tape staffers (who are generally excellent) and takes up several tapes--ranging from six cassettes for “Shane” to 11 for “Rage.” Rental rates range from $14.50 to $17.50 a month.
