The Orange County Transit District is offering to show business executives how to set up flexible work hours, ride-sharing and company facilities to reduce traffic in a series of seminars scheduled to begin Wednesday. The workshops follow enactment of mandatory ride-sharing and smog-reduction measures instituted by the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
Wednesday’s seminar is on van pools. A second workshop Thursday will address the use of computers and satellite job sites (including work at home) to reduce commuting. The series will continue March 16 and 23.
