$80-Million Mixed-Use Business Park Set to Open

CypressPointe, a 48-acre master-planned, mixed-use business park in Cypress will have a St. Patrick’s Day grand opening Thursday.
A joint venture of Overton, Moore & Associates and New England Life Insurance Co. of Boston, CypressPointe is an $80-million development at the southwest corner of Valley View Street and Cerritos Avenue. The project includes a self-contained food court and hotel site.
Phase 1 of the project, designed by Ware & Malcomb of Irvine, includes 196,000 square feet of 1- and 2-story multi-tenant office and research development space in four buildings, plus 14,000 square feet of retail space, oriented for food service users, named the Pavilion.
Phase 2 will consist of 200,000 square feet of multi-tenant office and service-center space and a 900-foot retail store building.
