Steven K. Wallace, 32, has been named general manager of the new Parkers’ Seafood Grill, slated to open in Balboa in May.
The 11,000-square-foot restaurant is one of Stouffer Restaurant Co.’s 83 units across the United States. It will be the major tenant in the Edgewater Place complex, next to the Balboa Ferry and Fun Zone. Parkers’ will occupy 50% of the Edgewater Place Complex, taking up all of the second and third levels.
Wallace joined Stouffer in 1982 and most recently was general manager at the Sunnyvale Rusty Scupper.
