A federal court in New York dismissed an antitrust suit brought by the Men’s Tennis Council against Volvo, International Merchandising Corp. and ProServ.
The MTC’s suit was in response to an antitrust action filed by Volvo and the two tennis management agencies in 1985 in an attempt to wrest control of men’s tennis from the Council.
