A Belgian doctor working for a Norwegian relief agency has been missing in southern Lebanon since last weekend and may have been taken hostage, Lebanese security officials and Belgian authorities said. Jan Cools, 32, a doctor at the Norwegian Aid Committee, disappeared Saturday as he was leaving the Palestinian refugee camp of Rashidiyeh, 46 miles south of Beirut, the officials said. No group has claimed kidnaping him. Eighteen foreigners, including nine Americans, are still being held hostage in Lebanon.
