Funeral services for Dick Dillman, 58, public relations director of the Minnesota North Stars for 21 years, will be held Friday in Minneapolis. Dillman died Tuesday in Maplewood, Minn., three days after suffering a heart attack. His daughter, Lisa, is the tennis writer for The Times.
