A shuttle service to Venice Beach will begin its second year of operation on Memorial Day weekend, Los Angeles City Councilwoman Ruth Galanter has announced.
The DASH/Venice shuttle service will run weekends and holidays through Sept. 5, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The buses will leave every 15 minutes for a round trip from the parking lot at Venice Boulevard near West Washington Boulevard to the beach. The service is free to those who pay $3 to park in the lot, 25 cents for others.
