A 170-year-old London mansion being touted as the world’s most expensive dwelling is on the market for about $58 million, said Mike Silverman, Beverly Hills real estate agent. The Holme, a 26,000-square-foot house in prestigious Regents Park, sits on 4.5 acres of landscaped, terraced grounds. It features a grand dining room, a library, and an all-weather tennis court, said Silverman, who is listing the estate. The Holme, designed by Decimus Burton, was completed in 1818.
