Hugh D. Taylor, 46, previously assistant corporate controller, was named vice president and general manager of Virco’s Conway division in Conway, Ark. He succeeds Robert Gann, who resigned several months ago. Raymond W. Virtue, 47, has been named to a newly created corporate vice presidency at Virco, a Los Angeles furniture manufacturer. Virtue previously was president of Virco’s Delkay Plastics Corp.
