San Diego Bar Assn. to Honor Miles Harvey

Attorney Miles Harvey has been named the 1988 legal professional of the year by the San Diego County Bar Assn. He will be honored along with nine other San Diegans from a variety of professions at the America’s Finest City Week Dinner on Aug. 18.
Harvey, a senior partner with Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, was selected for his outstanding service and dedication to the legal profession during the past 29 years.
He has served as chairman of many Bar committees and most recently led a blue-ribbon commission that spent three years developing ways to improve San Diego’s widely criticized indigent defense system.
