Anthony Industries Inc. announced the acquisition of Automatic Solar Covers Inc. of San Dimas for an undisclosed price. Automatic Solar Covers, which operates under the Poolsaver name, is the country’s largest manufacturer and installer of motorized swimming pool covers. Poolsaver, a privately held company, sells and installs its products principally through offices in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, Florida and Arizona. City of Commerce-based Anthony Industries is a diversified manufacturer of recreational and industrial products.
