Seven Stowaways Held After Eighth Flees Ship

ELIZABETH, N.J. — Seven stowaways from the Dominican Republic were in custody Wednesday and authorities searched for an eighth who jumped into the water at the Port Newark-Elizabeth marine complex, authorities said.
