The specious cover-up by Defense Secretary Frank Carlucci of the shooting down of Iran Flight 655 confirms that not all the Pentagon “shenanigans” are confined to just the military acquisition department.
What particularly bothers me is would the report have been the same if 290 Americans had been on the plane?
