Larry Wilson, a Hall of Fame safety and the director of pro personnel for the NFL’s Phoenix Cardinals, was named the team’s general manager. Wilson, 50, has been with the Cardinals for the past 29 years--13 as a player, 4 as the director of pro scouting and 12 as the pro personnel director.
