Grant 24, Marshall 0--Junior tailback Shawn Booker rushed for 168 yards and 2 touchdowns as Grant won its season-opener at home.
Grant scored three touchdowns in a 7 1/2-minute span of the first half. After cornerback Mariowe Lewis recovered a fumble by Marshall tailback Tony Gibson, Booker dashed 49 yards on a sweep for Grant’s first score in the first quarter.
