Acreage Purchased

R.B. McComic and a subsidiary of Imperial Savings, both of San Diego, have purchased 135 acres 2 miles east of Del Mar for $21 million and options to buy 190 adjacent acres.
Construction on the first phase, consisting of 421 houses, will begin in October and be completed next spring. Lorimer Case Architects, San Diego, will design the houses.
