Emergency Help

On Aug. 28 at 6:30 a.m., I became a victim of a violent crime. I want to give my thanks to the people who established and run 911 (I don’t think I would have been able to put coins in the phone).
The paramedics quickly came to the corner of Washington and Budlong before I bled to death.
To the emergency ward personnel of St. Vincent Hospital who worked on me, I just want to say that it may have been a small segment of a normal routine shift for you, but it’s a day I won’t forget.
