Peter Fonda took the wheel himself in Chicago on Monday and wound up explaining why to the cops. According to Chicago police, Fonda--along with his passenger, actor Gary Coleman--decided to drive a hired limousine to O’Hare Airport after a dispute with the driver. The dispute reportedly centered on the cost of the ride. The angry driver left the actors sitting in the limo, and Fonda got behind the wheel himself and headed for O’Hare. Police detained Fonda and Coleman at the airport after the driver reported the limo stolen. Fonda and Coleman were released after questioning and not charged.
