Arthur Andersen & Co. said it has filed suit against Saatchi & Saatchi, claiming that the London-based advertising and consulting company was involved in a conspiracy aimed at coercing Andersen to sell all or part of its management information consulting practice to Saatchi. Andersen, a Chicago-based accounting and consulting firm, said in a statement that the suit was filed against Saatchi & Saatchi, several Saatchi-related defendants, as well as several former Andersen principals. Andersen’s suit charges the defendants with unfair competition, interference with business relationships and wrongful conversion of trade secrets.
