Let me see if I understand what Proposition 102 is all about. If passed, employers would have the right to test an employee for HIV. The logical effect is obvious--massive unemployment and destitution, as if California doesn’t already have enough of both.
This is truly a first. Think of it! The eradication of a disease epidemic by unemployment. Let’s keep able-bodied people at work where they belong. Please vote no.
