Freak Electrical Accident Kills Florida Student, 26

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — A Florida State University student standing on his head to cure hiccups apparently was electrocuted when he fell against a candy machine and brushed against an electrical wire, campus police said Monday. Patrick Wallace, 26, of West Palm Beach, was standing on his head when he collapsed between the candy machine and a money-changing machine.
