Fire Kills 5 Children Trapped on Upper Floor

ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. — Five children from two families died early Tuesday when they were trapped upstairs in a burning house, officials said. The blaze started downstairs, where the parents of two of the children were sleeping, authorities said. They said the cause of the fire was under investigation.
