Aaron Spelling Productions Inc., a television and motion picture producer, has reached a definitive agreement on a previously announced plan to merge with Worldwide Enterprises Inc., a TV program distributor and subsidiary of Great American Communications Co. A holding company, Spelling Entertainment Inc., will be created to own both Aaron Spelling Productions and Worldvision, the companies said.
