* Samuel D. Constan, executive vice president and chief executive of DAP Inc., has been appointed president and chief executive of the company, which is based in Tipp City, Ohio. DAP, a subsidiary of USG Corp., makes products for residential and commercial construction.
USG also announced the appointment of P. Jack O’Bryan as president and chief executive of its United States Gypsum subsidiary. Previously, he was senior vice president and general manager of the company’s central construction products region.
