Torres, Canary to Coach All-Star Baseball Teams

Dave Torres of Anaheim High School will coach the North team and Bob Canary of Dana Hills will coach the South in the 22nd Orange County All-Star baseball game June 13 in Glover Stadium.

Torres led Anaheim to a playoff berth in the Southern Section 4-A playoffs last year with a 13-12 record.

Canary becomes the first participant to both play and coach in the game. He was a member of the North team in 1969 while playing for Savanna.
