State Lifts Suspension on Marvin Davis Offer: Minnesota Commerce Commissioner Michael Hatch said new details provided by Davis about his plans for the airline satisfied the state’s disclosure laws. The Los Angeles billionaire has since temporarily halted his tender offer as part of a deal with NWA to allow him to review the company’s books.
