Laguna Hills Voters to Decide on Cityhood, Council Members Today

Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. in Laguna Hills today for a vote on cityhood for the area. Voters will also be asked to decide which of 14 candidates they want to serve on a five-member city council if incorporation is approved. And they will decide whether council members in the future will be elected by voters who live in specific districts or on a citywide vote.
