Ronald L. Budman has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer at Childrens Hospital of Orange County. Budman, 53, replaces Thomas P. Jones., who was promoted to president and chief executive officer of the 202-bed pediatric facility in Orange. Budman was recruited from Downey Community Hospital where he was vice president of finance.
