Unocal Shifts Canadian Unit: Unocal Corp. said it would put its Canadian subsidiary under the umbrella of its North American oil and gas division as part of a restructuring of the company’s oil and gas operations. Unocal Canada Ltd. will become part of a division that includes six exploration and production units in the United States.
